Term 1 Holidays

                         Term 1 Holidays
In the holidays I did a lot of things.
I went to the beach, the movies, the farm, walk up the hill, participated in a fishing competition, and spent time with my family.
In this picture, I have got all of my favorite things I did this holiday.
One of my first things in the holidays was I went to Thames to catch up with my friend Sophie and also to take her to the movies to watch the Wrinkle In Time. I really enjoyed that movie and I think my Mum enjoyed the adds the most because she was laughing so much that she started choking.
The second thing that I enjoyed doing in the holidays was going to the Bach with Alexa and participating in a fishing competition I do every year. For the competition, I got a lot of snapper and a few trivially.
The third thing I did was cleaning and redoing my room because I was finding a place for my fish tank and because I didn't look well arranged before.
The Last thing I did that was really exciting was seeing summer after 2 whole weeks! Usually Summer and I can't last 1 day without each other so it was so exiting being able to see her again.

Easter Recount!

This Easter I went to the Easter Show with my show heifers Fluer and Opal. I was competing in the Young handlers, Showmen Ship,  Shorthorn Yearling and Shorthorn Calf. The first class I competed in was with Opal and that was the Shorthorn heifer calf. It was a class of two and I was versing a really nice calf so I got second.

The next class I did was also a class of to and I was versing the yealing that I bet at diary advent so it was anyone's chance. Sadly Fluer was being really cheeky and it placed us into second.

The next class I did was the all bread class with Fleur and it was a class of five and I got third. I was really happy with what I got because Fleur wasn't looking the best but she still did really well.

The next class I did was the Young Handler's class and I decided to lead Fleur because she was leading the best out of the two. As I was leading into my placing that was first Fleur decided to stop and not walk so that put me into the second placing which I was still really happy with because it was the highest place I had ever got for that class at the Easter Show.

The next class I did was the Showmen Ship class and that was a bit different than the other classes. When we were looking after the calves a lady would come and ask us questions. I knew some of them but the other answer I had no clue at all. When we got put into the placing I ended out coming 6th which I was pretty lucky to get because I didn't no much of the answers.

I am really excited to go next year because I get to show Fleur as a cow and it is going to be so fun!!!

New Learning Space Rooms

This year our Marmara spaces are based on sport spaces. The art space is called the infield because it can get messy and sometimes smelly. The things that you do in the infield is any kind of arts and craft and creating anything.

Favourite things

1. One of my most favorite things I did this term was going to the easter show because it was my last time showing my heifer (Fluer) because it was the last time showing Fluer as a dry heifer. 
2.  Another of my favorite this I did this term was going to the Waihi beach with the whole class because I had never been there before and I liked being with all my friends.   
3.  Another favorite for me was coming back to school because I made a new friend who was Sofie and she is really nice!
4.  I also enjoyed doing the workshop Wednesday because I did something I wanted to do for a long time and that was pot painting.
5. The last thing that I enjoyed this term was participating in the Thames Valley Swimming Sports because it was my first time ever going and I got first!

Marama Code

1. One of the Marama codes that I think I have shown this term is being polite because I have always been saying thank you after my meetings and I have been saying good morning most mornings.  
2.  Another code that I have used is being aware of others because when I see that the teacher is waiting for us on the mat I stop talking and wait for everyone else to as well.
3. I have also been kind because in dodgeball I give people the ball even if I only have one ball.
